The lighter builds rely more on my UX judgement and experience. Larger projects involve more collaboration and iteration. Either way, you get thoughtful design with decisions made intentionally, not randomly.

Every website follows the same core process, it simply scales based on what your project needs.
Discovery
Understanding your business, goals, and audience. This stage sets the foundation for the site’s structure, content, and user flow, ensuring decisions are made with intention from the start.
Depending on the project, this might be a short form, call or workshops and deeper exploration.
Design & Build
Based on your requirements, I design and build your website directly in the chosen platform, making UX-led decisions around structure, layout, and content flow.
Review & Iteration
You review the site and share feedback, allowing us to refine and improve the final result.
For simpler projects, this may involve minor adjustments. More strategic projects allow for deeper iteration, structured feedback sessions, and refinement.
Launch & Handover
As we approach launch, we’ll ensure everything is ready for a smooth go-live. Once your site is live, you’ll receive a clear handover so you can confidently manage it moving forward.
For simpler projects, this may be a quick walkthrough. Larger projects include more detailed training and support. These is always the option to request additional support.
